Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for a Ramp Operations Lead to manage a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and ensure safe, efficient baggage handling and de-icing as required. The role includes operating ramp equipment and potentially cabin service duties.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and be able to obtain airport/state credentials. A valid driver's license is required, with full-time hours and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp service agents.
• Marshal aircraft on ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as needed.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment (belt loaders, tow tractors, etc.).
• May perform cabin service duties as assigned.
• Enforce safety and operational policies.
