Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state authorities.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for arrivals and departures.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment.
• Load, unload, and transfer passenger baggage and cargo to/from aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors.
• May perform cabin service duties and assist with cleaning and restocking.
