Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs and water servicing vehicles.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions.
