Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC seeks a Ramp Lead to direct a ramp team and marshal aircraft in and out of gates, load and unload baggage, and perform de-icing and inspections as required. This role operates ramp equipment and may include cabin service duties.

You will enforce safety policies and work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends in Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can obtain required credentials, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in ramp services.
• Marshal aircraft on ramp for arrivals and departures.
• Load, unload, and transfer baggage and cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment including belt loaders and tow tractors.
• Perform wing walker and de-icing duties as required.
• Maintain safety and policy compliance.
