Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a ramp supervisor to lead a team, marshal aircraft in and out of gates, and oversee baggage handling. Responsibilities include de-icing, wing-walker duties, and operating ramp equipment to support safe, efficient aircraft movement.

Expect full-time hours with opportunities for flight privileges and comprehensive benefits. The role requires safety focus, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work in outdoor conditions and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents in service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures, and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load/unload and sort baggage and cargo in aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs and belt loaders.
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and report hazards.
