Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Ramp Service Agent in Morrisville, NC. This role supports flight on-time performance on the ramp, including baggage handling, marshaling, GSE operation, and aircraft servicing.

No prior experience required; training will be provided and you must be safety-minded and dependable. You will work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and must meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. under the Immigration Act of 1986.
• No prior experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and co-mail to and from aircraft and baggage areas.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely (tugs, belt loaders, etc.).
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment and report deficiencies.
