Job summary

Jobtailor in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced trainer to deliver safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents. You will conduct initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training, ensuring compliance with TSA/FAA/CBP and WFS policies while maintaining accurate training records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WFS training policies and processes
• 2 years of ramp operational experience
• Knowledge of aircraft ground movement and deicing operations
• Leadership qualities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents
• Conduct initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training

• Conduct local audits of safety and procedural standards
• Update training manuals and standard operating procedures
• Assist with data entry, flight documentation, and passenger processing compliance
• Interface with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local airport authorities
• Support station management with training initiatives and compliance efforts
• Report to local station management with a dotted line to the corporate training team
