TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC is seeking a part-time Airline Ramp Service Agent in Madison, WI. This hands-on role supports flight departures and arrivals by loading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and operating ground equipment with safety as a priority.

No prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate. The position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and English literacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring care.
• Perform interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of FOD; report deficiencies.
