Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC in Warwick, RI is seeking a Laborer/Ramp Service Agent to support safe aircraft turnaround on the ramp. You’ll load and marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and maintain a clean ramp environment. No prior experience is required—we will train the right person.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 12 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, read and write English, and be able to work in the U.S. training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 12 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by law.
• Must attend and complete required training.
• No prior experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely.
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback.
• Perform interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with catering carts and galley supplies.
• Conduct security searches as required.
• Keep ramp safe and free of FOD.
• Inspect/maintain ground equipment and report issues.
• Communicate via two-way radio with team.
• Support passengers with special needs as directed.
