Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is seeking a Ramp Service Agent at Dulles, VA to join our ground crew. You will help load baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and ensure a safe, clean ramp environment. No prior experience required — training provided, and you must be dependable and safety-minded.

Work hours include nights, weekends, and holidays with variable schedules. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and pass background/drug checks; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must successfully attend and complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates; assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with catering carts and galley supplies as directed by vendors.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment and report deficiencies.
• Communicate with team members via two-way radio.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow all safety regulations including PPE and train on required procedures.
