Job summary

Swissport International AG, a global aviation services leader, seeks a Safety Advocate to manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station, with a focus on reducing injuries and asset damage.

The role is full-time in Minnesota, paying $21.00 per hour, with benefits including health and wellness plans, 401(k) with company match, vacation, sick time, and company holidays. You will lead audits, investigations, risk assessments, and safety promotions across the station.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the station risk register and ensure it is followed.
• Conduct safety and quality audits and training as directed.
• Lead accident/incident investigations when required.
• Coordinate safety and quality initiatives and report trends.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and audit schedules.
