Menzies Aviation LATAM in Denver, CO is seeking a Ramp Resource Planner (Allocator) to oversee operation manpower and coordinate crews in real time. You will communicate with Frontier resources and internal teams to ensure smooth ramp operations while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires aviation experience, strong computer skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior ramp/aviation experience required.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ramp operations by coordinating manpower in real time.
• Serve as central communication point for ramp operations with updates to leadership.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed and report deficiencies.
• Collaborate with airline staff, airport personnel, and agencies for seamless ramp operations.
• Perform other ramp duties including outdoor work and operating equipment.
