Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Duty Duty Manager (Ramp and Passenger) to direct Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for contracted flights, ensuring safety, security, and customer satisfaction. You will train agents, supervise staff, and coordinate with TSA and carrier teams to maintain compliance and smooth operations.

You must read and interpret regulations, prepare reports, and be available for swing/graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two to five years previous management/supervisory experience in field service duties.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for contracted flights.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations Agents and Customer Service Agents.
• Coordinates with TSA and air carrier personnel as required.
