Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude; basic knowledge of aircraft servicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, placement and basic cleaning of aircraft.
• Operate a wide range of ground support equipment safely per procedures.
• Deliver timely and accurate ground services for arriving and departing aircraft.
• Maintain ramp awareness and manage weather- and traffic-related risks.
• Greet customers with energy and professionalism; exceed service expectations.
• Communicate clearly during movements and follow supervision directions.
