Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Ramp Agent in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time role involves guiding planes, moving bags, de-icing support in cold weather, and keeping operations running smoothly. No formal education is required, but you must be able to lift heavy items, be a U.S.

worker, and obtain a SIDA badge as needed. Training and overtime may apply. The position offers benefits and focus on safety and teamwork as part of Ground Operations.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds regularly.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and meet airport requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to all Customers and co-workers.
• Load, unload, and service aircraft and baggage.
• Guide and direct Company Aircraft on ramps and terminals.
• Operate and drive ramp equipment as needed.
• Complete forms and paperwork per procedures.
