Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Little Rock, AR is seeking dedicated ramp agents to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and perform wing-walker duties. Full-time shifts are available; no experience is required as paid training is provided for all new employees.

You will also help with de-icing and cabin service as needed. Responsibilities include operating ramp equipment, adhering to strict safety procedures, and maintaining a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with policy.
