Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Little Rock is seeking ramp agents to marshal aircraft, handle baggage, and perform safety-conscious ramp duties. Training is provided and there is no prior experience required.

Full-time roles start with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
