Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking individuals to join our ramp team in Little Rock. This role involves marshalling aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, de-icing as needed, and operating ramp equipment.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. You will work full-time with weekly pay, eligibility for flight privileges after 30 days, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshal arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo in/out of aircraft bins.
• Operate ramp equipment like belt loaders, bag tugs, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
