The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervisory Lineservice experience in aviation or FBO settings, strong customer service skills, and a post-secondary education.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years supervisory Lineservice experience.
• Intimate knowledge of Aviation/FBO or general ramp operations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Post-secondary education; aviation or business degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Lineservice team to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate ramp operations, towing, fueling, and hangar activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Maintain inventory of aviation fuels and ground service equipment; support billing with log books and records.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Maintenance, and Airport Authority to optimize client relations and service.
