Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in ramp/ground handling or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in varying weather and shift patterns (including nights and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Load/unload processes per customer/Swissport/FAA guidelines.
• Ensure safety and integrity of assets during operations.
• Maintain professional image and staff discipline.
• Lead ramp agents and supervise daily operations.
• Manage baggage make-up according to airline specs.
• Oversee all activities performed by the team.
