Job summary

Jet Aviation in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a dedicated FBO operative to support aircraft, crews and passengers. You will refuel, tow, marshal and provide ground services while delivering top customer service in a dynamic, around‑the‑clock setting.

The role is on-site at a concierge-style FBO. Training lasts several weeks, with a shift system that may evolve as operations require. A strong safety focus and customer care are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Courteous attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Preferably one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours—rain or shine.
• Ability to handle an active, on-the-move role.
• Strong eye for quality and customer service.
• Calm under pressure; pride in doing things right; outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Refuel and defuel all aircraft types daily with proper procedures.
• Provide towing and disconnecting services for aircraft.
• Guide aircraft during arrivals and departures using hand signals.
• Operate ground support equipment and services for aircraft.
• Communicate via radios to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Assist with ice, coffee, catering and passenger services.
