Jet Access is hiring a Line Service Technician to support our private aviation operations at the FBO ramp. You will ensure safe ground handling, deliver concierge-level service to pilots and aircraft owners, and operate the FBO point-of-sale system with accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and POS experience preferred.
Safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline line service to pilots and passengers from arrival through departure.
Operate FBO point-of-sale systems and document transactions accurately.
Maintain ramp/hangar cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist with ground support equipment and coordination of services as needed.
Collaborate with team to support on-time flight operations.
