Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Austin, Texas is seeking a Ramp Agent to lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and manage baggage loading and unloading, de-icing, and aircraft servicing. You will operate ramp equipment and ensure safety and efficiency on every flight.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain airport credentials, and a willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. We offer flight privileges after 30 days and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp arriving, departing and towed.
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo in and out of aircraft bins and carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors and servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties such as cleaning and restocking.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and hazards per policy.
