Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold ramp employees accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Lead with proactive communication and continual improvement across departments.
• Implement personal development plans and ensure orientation and training for staff.
