Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc seeks a Ramp Service Agent at Pittsburgh International Airport. This full-time, on-site role supports flight departures and arrivals by loading baggage, operating ground service equipment, marshalling aircraft, and maintaining a safe ramp environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely and per regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with pushback.
• Perform interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with catering services and galley supplies as needed.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment and report defects.
• Communicate with team using two-way radios.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Complete required training and onboarding tasks.
• Report safety hazards immediately to supervision.
