Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to support flight operations at Detroit. You will load and unload baggage, marshal aircraft, and use ground service equipment while meeting flights and assisting customers with special needs when required.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with safety and communication as priorities. Training is provided; 18+ with a valid license and background check are needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No experience necessary, will train.
• Knowledge: Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer luggage, load and unload baggage on aircraft.
• Marshall and push back aircraft; operate ground service equipment (GSE).
• Meet arriving flights and service departing flights.
• Assist customers with special needs and co-workers as needed.
• Ensure ramp areas are safe, free of FOD, and equipment properly maintained.
• Communicate via two-way radio and follow safety regulations.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory service.
