Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is hiring a Ground Operations Agent / Ramp Agent to support aircraft handling and baggage operations at the airport. You will assist in loading/unloading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and operating ground service equipment.

The role requires good communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Qualifications include being 18+, able to read/write English, and passing a 10-year background check with a pre-employment drug test, plus completing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer luggage including loading and unloading on aircraft.
• Marshaling in and pushing back aircraft; operate ground service equipment.
• Meet arriving flights and service departing flights.
• Assist customers with special needs and support customer service agents.
• Move luggage to and from aircraft and airport luggage receiving area.
• Load and unload baggage and comail; operate tugs and belt loaders.
• Maintain ramp safety, report hazards, and follow safety regulations.
• Able to communicate via two-way radio.
