Job summary

Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Ramp Assistant to provide outstanding customer service at Naples Aviation, curbside and gate-side. You will assist travelers with luggage, directions, and catering orders while moving vehicles safely and according to policy.

Role requires a valid Florida driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least six months of customer service experience. The position is part-time and on-site in Naples, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least six months of related customer service experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license with driving record meeting Authority standards.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to communicate effectively over two-way radio.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lifts, loads, and unloads baggage and cargo with care.
• Greet customers curbside or gate-side and assist with directions and needs.
• Coordinate valet parking and ensure timely service according to policy.
• Communicate movements to Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers.
