Job summary

Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Ramp Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service by greeting travelers curbside or at the gate. You will assist with luggage, directions, catering orders and vehicle relocation, while coordinating valet parking and ensuring safe, timely service in a busy airport environment.

The role requires a Florida driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least six months of related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Florida driver’s license
• Six months of related customer service experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at Naples Aviation curbside or gate-side.
• Assist with luggage, directions, catering orders and vehicle relocation.
• Coordinate valet parking according to policy and standards.
• Communicate customer movements to Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers
