Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring at Lake Charles Regional Airport for an entry-level Customer Service Agent. Pay rate is $13.80/hr with paid on-the-job training and options for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers by lifting and handling bags, and guiding them to their destination.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Work on shifts including irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
