Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or travel authority as required.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check‑in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist with loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage safely.
• Support on-time departures and arrivals while serving customers courteously.
