Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service Agent at Texarkana Regional Airport. Earn $12.28/hr with paid on-the-job training and opportunities to grow.

Both full-time and part-time roles available, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll assist passengers with check-in and ticketing, use reservation software, handle baggage operations, and enjoy travel benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain authority to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Lifting luggage onto the belt and helping passengers on their way.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage safely while aiming for on-time departures and arrivals.
• Cruise on the tarmac in company vehicles while transporting bags to their destination.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
