Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated professional to monitor inbound and outbound flight operations. The role requires coordinating with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning and staff, and adjusting aircraft parking and tail assignments while relaying changes promptly.

Responsibilities include handling the HELP Line, managing departure delays with feeder aircraft as needed, preparing managerial reports, and monitoring weather to issue operational bans when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• Familiar with ramp parking and all aircraft types.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Job Summary

This position monitors inbound and outbound flight operations. He/She communicates with Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, OPC Load Planning, Staff personnel, etc. and makes adjustments to aircraft parking and/or tail assignments, communicating changes promptly to appropriate parties and areas.
