UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a permanent, on-site supervisor for ramp operations in Louisville, KY. You will lead and develop ramp staff, enforce safety and productivity standards, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, efficient handling and timely processing.
The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible scheduling, and strong communication. Prior supervision and proficiency with Microsoft Office are beneficial for success in this position.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday (Start time will vary depending upon departmental needs but will typically be 8:00PM – 1:30AM. End time can be as late as 7:00AM when operation dictates)
This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
