Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics - Kailua-Kona is seeking a Ramp Agent to support aircraft operations on the airport ramp, including loading, unloading, and aircraft movement with ground crews.

This role operates in an evening to early morning schedule, seven days a week, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and potential weekend requirements.

You will follow safety procedures, coordinate with flight crews, and help ensure timely, secure handling of cargo and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo onto aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Marshaling and guiding aircraft using hand signals and visual aids during taxiing, parking, and maneuvering.
• Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, tractors, and towing vehicles.
• Perform essential services for aircraft (refueling, lavatory servicing, water replenishment, cabin conditioning).
• Maintain ramp cleanliness and safety, report hazards.
