Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC is seeking a Ramp Agent to support safe and efficient aircraft operations on the ramp. You will assist loading/unloading, marshal aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and perform refueling and servicing tasks as part of a ground handling team.

The role requires flexibility for evening to early morning shifts, 7 days a week, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for fast-paced work.
• Strong attention to detail and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork with ground crews.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading cargo and mail onto aircraft.
• Marshal and guide aircraft using hand signals for taxiing and parking.
• Handle loading/unloading equipment safely.
• Operate ground support equipment: tugs, pushback tractors, towing vehicles.
• Provide refueling, lavatory servicing, water, cabin conditioning as needed.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards promptly.
• Communicate with ramp agents, ground crew, and flight crews.
• Keep ramp area clean and free of debris and hazards.
• Assist with package sortation and warehouse operations when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
