Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics - Kailua-Kona is seeking a Ramp GSE Operator to support safe and efficient aircraft ramp operations. You will assist with loading and unloading cargo, marshal aircraft, and operate ground support equipment to move aircraft between areas.

Qualified candidates are physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of communicating effectively with ramp teams and flight crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Good hand-eye coordination for safe handling of cargo.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading cargo onto/from aircraft with proper weight distribution and secure stowage.
• Marshaling and guiding aircraft using hand signals and visual aids on the ramp.
• Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, pushback tractors, and towing vehicles.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of cargo and equipment, reporting hazards promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the ramp area and coordinate with flight crews.
