Job summary

McGee Air Services is seeking a Ramp Agent to be at the heart of our ground operations. You will load, unload, and transport baggage and cargo, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

Teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are essential in this physically active role. You will process baggage and cargo, receive and dispatch aircraft, and help keep flights on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain SIDA badge.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage and cargo to and from aircraft.
• Sort, scan, and route checked baggage in the bagroom according to destination and priority.
• Receive inbound transfer baggage and deliver to outbound flights within connection windows.
• Operate ground support equipment safely (GSE) and assist in aircraft servicing.
• Maintain clear communication with flight crews and ground personnel.
