Job summary

GAT Airline Ground Support seeks dynamic and dependable Ramp Agent teammates to handle loading and unloading of baggage, operate ground service equipment, and coordinate aircraft ramp services. You will prepare cabins for departure, assist with waste disposal and re-servicing, and support multiple carriers as needed.

The role requires strong customer interaction, reliability, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather and noise conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and understanding English; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo.
• Guide aircraft to and from gates to maintain on-time connections.
• Operate ground equipment such as tugs, cargo carts, service trucks, and belt loaders.
• Prepare aircraft cabins for departure and assist with ramp services.
• Communicate with managers and lead agents to manage daily schedules.
