Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a reliable Ramp Agent to support ground handling operations at a busy airport environment. You will load/unload baggage, service aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and assist with aircraft parking and de-icing tasks.

The role requires successful completion of the Ramp Agent training, strong teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights. Starting pay is $18.40 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of ramp agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with workplace software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• De-ice aircraft
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
