Ridgemont Hospitality is hiring a server for Ani Ramen Summit in Summit, New Jersey. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, suggest menu items, and ensure orders are packed correctly while delivering friendly service.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, $16 per hour, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and a referral program in a casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc)
• Collect payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
