Job summary

Ridgemont Hospitality is hiring servers for Ani Ramen Montclair. You will take and enter orders, engage with guests, and help ensure accurate payments in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

We value a friendly attitude, menu knowledge, and the ability to work with bussers and cooks. A high school diploma and prior guest-service experience are preferred; both full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised and handle money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner and provide outstanding service.
• Knowledge of the menu with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc).
• Collect payments and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
