Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to work with bussers, cooks and other staff under pressure.
• Able to operate a POS system and handle money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into POS for kitchen transmission.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner and know the menu.
• Ensure orders packed with all items and collect payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and provide outstanding service.
