Job summary
L3Harris Aeromet in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer to lead RAM program development for airborne systems. You will set reliability goals, perform MTBF calculations, support FMEAs/FMECAs, and collaborate with software teams on BIT/BITE interfaces.
Responsibilities include leading maintenance analysis, FRACAS trends, and safety assessments while driving MBSE modeling in Cameo to inform design decisions and improve mission readiness. Security clearance eligibility preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience leading RAM analyses, FMEA/FMECA, and MTBF calculations.
- Proficiency with reliability engineering tools and MBSE environments.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute RAM program, procedures, and databases for airborne systems.
- Lead FI/FMEA/FMECAs meetings to capture and mitigate failures.
- Calculate MTTR, LORA, FDR, FIR, and FAR to support testability analyses.
- Promote Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
- Prepare data-driven briefings for stakeholders and customers.
