Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Systems Engineer/Principal Systems Engineer to join the RAM-C team in Roy, UT. You will model high level RAM-C processes, focusing on reliability-centered maintenance and data-driven decision making within a secure on-site lab environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and relevant experience, with DoD clearance and familiarity with SE, MS&A, and agile practices. On-site collaboration across diverse engineering domains is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with RAM-C, MS&A, SE, and agile practices.
• Proficiency with reliability tools or scripting (ReliaSoft, Windchill, MADe, Opus or Python/C++/C#/Matlab/VBA).
• On-site work due to data classification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
• Interpolate model data to reach data-informed conclusions.
• Form and evaluate Ground Rules and Assumptions (GR&A) of system models.
• Manage cross-IPT stakeholders and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Support program tasks in a secure lab environment (on site) for 90% of total work time.
