Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX seeks a Lead, Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to drive RAM analyses and influence system design for mission-critical defense tech. You will lead RAM allocations, conduct safety analyses, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with management for program reviews.

The role requires a US citizen, the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, and on-site work in Greenville.

Qualifications

• RAM analyses and reliability predictions across hardware systems.
• FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis and FRACAS experience required.
• Must be US citizen with ability to obtain DoW clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAM/RC&A analyses to influence system design and availability.
• Develop RAM allocations and demonstrate reliability demonstrations.
• Prepare subcontractor specs and responses to RFPs; mentor junior engineers.
