Job summary
L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Associate, Systems Engineer – RAMS to design, analyze and optimize RAMS for cutting-edge electronic communications equipment. You will produce detailed RAMS analyses, validate reliability models and present findings to stakeholders.
The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering with RAMS experience (or graduate degree with 0–2 years, or 8+ years experience in lieu) and familiarity with MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia SR-332, 217Plus,
Qualifications
- RAMS engineering degree or equivalent with RAMS experience.
- FMECA/FTA and reliability modeling experience required.
- Familiarity with MIL-HDBK-217F, MIL-STD-882 and related standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal/customer reviews.
Responsibilities
- Perform RAMS hardware/software analyses and create technical documentation.
- Present analysis results to internal teams and customers.
- Support multiple concurrent programs within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable military/government standards.
