Job summary

Raley's Distribution Center is seeking a Warehouse Team Member. You will participate in order picking using a hands-free voice system, operate a riding electric pallet jack, and build palletized loads for shipment.

The role requires flexibility for a rotating schedule, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with increases every 1040 hours up to $30.78, plus a $0.75 night premium, plus holidays, vacation and sick

• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Now, For The Fine Print

• Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test, pre-employment physical abilities test, as well as a background check.
• The Raley's Distribution Center is open 24/7/365.
• The apprenticeship starts as a part time, on call position which includes holidays, and weekends. You will be hired for either the AM or PM shift depending on the needs of the company at the time of the interview.
• Part-time, on-call is defined as: Availability seven days per week, AM or PM shifts. The number of hours per week are not guaranteed, but team members consistently work 32-40 hours per week*

Who makes a good Warehouse Team Member? Are you:

• At least 18 years of age?
• Able to work a flexible (20 - 40+ hours), rotating schedule? With overtime? On holidays and weekends?
• A team player?
• Able to operate warehouse machinery and equipment? Or, willing to learn?
• Experienced in working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment?
• Able to tolerate the temperature (34 -85 degrees)?
• Physically able to perform the duties of the job, with or without accommodation? That is, frequently lifting up to 80 lbs, frequently pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
