Job summary

Lawn Doctor of North Raleigh is seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Representative to join our Raleigh, NC office. This is an in-office, inside-sales role conducted over the phone and computer from our office, with a focus on following up inbound leads, preparing service estimates, and closing new business.

You should be comfortable speaking with customers and driven by commission. We offer a competitive base pay plus commission, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training to support growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Interest or experience in agriculture, landscaping, or turf management encouraged.
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to Raleigh office.
• Pesticide license is a plus but not required.
• Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication and drive.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with inbound leads.
• Prepare and deliver service estimates using internal systems.
• Close new business and meet monthly sales goals.
• Communicate with prospective customers via phone and email professionally.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Represent Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and integrity.
