Lawn Doctor of North Raleigh is hiring a Sales Representative for our Raleigh, NC office. This in-person role focuses on inbound leads, service estimates, and closing new business.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, strong phone presence, and a drive to achieve monthly goals. The position offers a competitive base with commission and opportunities for advancement within a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience or interest in agriculture, landscaping, or turf management is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Raleigh office.
• Pesticide license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with inbound leads.
• Prepare and deliver service estimates using our internal systems.
• Close new business and meet monthly sales goals.
• Communicate with prospective customers via phone and email in a professional, confident manner.
• Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and sales activity.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with management.
• Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and integrity.
